Borough Council directs staff to study parking permits

PA ELIZABETHTOWN — Elizabethtown Borough Council discusses downtown parking options ahead of construction. Borough Manager Ann Roda presented data on usage of the West High Street lot and other downtown locations, with Council directing staff to gather information on temporary parking permits for residents on Winnemore Alley who will lose rear-yard access during Radio Road Phase 2 construction. Council President Jeff Winterborne tabled a separate proposal for monthly Train Station parking passes.

In other business, Council unanimously approved Resolution 2026-02 adding Winterborne as a signatory to borough bank accounts, and approved monthly bills totaling $1,076,813.85.
