Council approves $125,900 Market Street pedestrian signals project

PA ELIZABETHTOWN — Borough Council approves $125,900 Market Street pedestrian signals project. Council President Jeff Winterborne and Vice President Jeff McCloud led council's unanimous approval of the C. M.

High bid to install two flashing pedestrian signals. Council also approved $17,289.80 to SECCO for parking management and $18,368.10 to Wicho & Sons for street tree repairs. The council unanimously approved monthly bills totaling $644,318.13.
