PA ELIZABETHTOWN — Elizabethtown Borough Council approves street work payment; explores future facility relocation options. The council unanimously approved a $6,050.40 pay application to DSW Services for inlet replacement work on Market Street. Councilmembers discussed long-range plans for relocating borough administrative offices and police facilities, focusing on 56 N Market Street and a 10-acre property at 700 W Bainbridge Street.
Borough Manager Ann Roda will contact the Delaware County Natural Resources grant administrator to explore whether a portion of the Bainbridge property could accommodate a combined office and police station while maintaining parkland and minimizing grant repayment obligations.
