PA ELIZABETHTOWN — Elizabethtown Borough Council unanimously approved changes to two street improvement projects. Council voted to approve Change Order No. 3 for the Street Tree Concrete and Pavers Repair Project and Change Order No. 2 for the Market Street Pedestrian Crossings Project, along with Pay Application #2 to contractor Wicho & Sons LLC in the amount of $35,640.90. Borough Manager Ann Roda presented the Fiscal Year 2027 budget, which includes a 2.8 percent cost-of-living increase for employees and pending decisions on property assessments and rate increases from health insurance and waste management providers.
Council approved a special event permit for the October 28 Trunk or Treat Candy Crawl and directed staff to draft a resolution formalizing a Letterkenny Twin Town committee.
