PA ELIZABETHTOWN — Elizabethtown Borough Council revises cul-de-sac ordinance after public objection. President Jeff Winterborne and Vice President Jeff McCloud led unanimous approval to re-advertise Ordinance 1033, narrowing parking restrictions from a fixed November-to-April window to declared snow emergencies only, after nine residents testified against the original proposal. Council also outlined $1.75 million in storm sewer improvements for Skyline, Laurel, and Sunset streets, plus $812,000 in bridge repairs, and voted 4-1 to retain the Residential Rental License fee at $80 per unit, with Councilmember Andrew Schoenberger opposing both fee votes.
