Elizabethtown Council approves street signal rewiring project

PA ELIZABETHTOWN — Elizabethtown Borough Council approves $59,449 street signal rewiring, hazard plan adoption. Council President Jeff Winterborne and Councilmembers Matthew Rodriguez, Andrew Schoenberger, J. Marc Hershey, and Jay Hynicker voted unanimously Thursday to accept the low bid from Herr Lighting and Signal Co. for Willow Street signal rewiring.
The council also unanimously approved adoption of the 2025 Lancaster County Hazard Mitigation Plan and Resolution 2026-10 to apply for a DCNR C2P2 grant for community park improvements. Monthly bills totaling $549,418.25 were unanimously approved.
