Planning Commission approves Herr Field stormwater plan conditionally

PA ELIZABETHTOWN — Planning Commission approves conditional stormwater plan for Herr Field. The Elizabethtown Planning Commission voted unanimously May 12 to recommend conditional approval of a stormwater management plan for the Ira R. Herr Synthetic Turf Field, pending resolution of all comments from the May 8 Lancaster Civil Engineer review letter.
Charles Haley of ELA Group presented the plan on behalf of the applicant and confirmed the applicant has no concerns addressing the outstanding items.
