Planning Commission · Meeting of June 9, 2026
PA ELIZABETHTOWN — Elizabethtown Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of three separate downtown development applications. The commission's recommendations included Christ Church UCC's waiver for an elevator shaft addition, High Street Apartments' preliminary/final development plan with conditional approval pending Lancaster Civil Engineering comments, and a special exception for a coffee shop drive-through at 51 N Market Street. For the 51 N Market project, commissioners suggested conditions requiring one-way signage and pavement markings to address traffic concerns.
The Railroad Ridge development plan was tabled pending the applicant's resubmission review.
